Allow me to explain what this is.
This is an idea that I came up with to deal with users who are frequent troublemakers, complete idiots and trolls.
This list shall show members who are not banned but are close to it.
If you see a member on this list make another act against the rules, you are to report such troublemakers to an admin so we can deal with them immediately.
