Depends. Games is games, if there is a hentai game for PC it's considered a game. However, it's not considered a videogame, since videogames refers to consoles and not PC.

Oh and by the way, video games referred to consoles all these years because of how they function. I must also say that Wikipedia has been wrong in many cases though.

Visual Novels, I do not count as games. Its basically the same as reading a book. Now before you go saying "But you can choose what to do!" they have books like that too... and you actually make MORE choices in the book than in a VN because let's face it most VN's are now like 4 options and then maybe a 5th one to change what you do with the girl you ended up with slightly.

(Before you go on about saying stuff, I've actually worked on... and never ended up finishing or releasing. Two Flash VN's so far.)

If anything those games are Mini-Games or normal games with random H-scenes thrown in.
